　　以下所述說的這些註定要長存於人心的故事，是由住在Elgard、比神還先知地先知了這場難以置信的史詩事蹟的Aresius所撰寫。我將告訴你關於這位來自Loregard的冰之勇士，如何尋祭找那把傳說中正義的武器、戰場上的神兵、和平的棟樑、拯救Enchanted Lands的最後希望的翡翠神劍的故事。相信你已經知道了這把神奇的武器藏在位於Lands of Chaos的象牙門後面，而欲打開這道象牙門，必須先找到三把魔幻的智慧之鑰……



The Three Keys Of Wisdom

三把智慧之鑰



　　終於到了此刻……當第一道曙光灑下，我們已經遠離了Elgard，並且很快地，所謂Argon的林間空地也一滴滴地顯現眼前，那是矮人的家鄉，也是藏著智慧之鑰秘密的地方。這意味著，挑戰就要開始了－－戰士必須面對那面暗影之鏡，它會勾勒出人心中最深處的恐懼，逼人發瘋。然而，幸虧戰士過人的膽識，戰勝了這逼人發瘋的要脅，然後達成了第一個任務，拿到了第一把鑰匙。接著，就是要依著隨之而來的新線索，繼續解著這不解之謎。



　　事實上，後頭的任務更是困難。在混亂沼澤的某處，藏著那第二把的鑰匙，並有一隻嗜血的魔龍Tharos守護著。當他到達，一場苦戰是免不了的；然而，就在這場戰鬥的最後，這來自北方的戰士敏倢地勝過了魔龍。此時他本可將其殺滅，但是他卻選擇了讓牠存活。突然，四周的一切變得聖潔，而施在Tharos的魔咒也給破除了。



　　長久以來，Tharos被囚禁於此，打退來此求取智慧之鑰的冒險者，或者殺之，或者受創。但此次不同於以往，來此的冒險者打倒了牠，但卻留了牠一命。它心中明白，這個人就是那受天命遴選的勇者，預言中所述及之事終於成真，而牠自己也被解放了。於是它將第二把鑰匙交了出來，並且指示他如何到達那Ikaren傳說了的神秘祭壇。它位於大陸中央的森林與混沌之地的交界處，藏著最後一把智慧之鑰。

　　在Enchanted Lands上，每個人都知道關於Ikaren的傳說－－在神壇的一個小缺口裡，藏著一個密寶，它會指示勇敢的冒險者神聖的門的方向。在穿過了「遺忘的山谷」之後，我們到達了中央森林，然後是混沌沙漠。很快地，那覆於塵下的神壇出現在我們的眼前，但當我們打量了好一陣子後，我們並沒有立刻找到我們要的答案。當所有人迷惑的時候，天空灑下了一道光芒……



　　同時，第二把鑰匙從戰士的手中落下，落在一個不尋常的地磚上。戰士見狀，若有所悟地思索著：「也許鑰匙之間會互相吸引，而在此時，Ikaren就會出現！我的天啊，古老傳說的記載居然在我眼前重現了！」於是他立即拾起Ikaren，並將之插入神壇上的缺口，此時，奇蹟發生了。



　　照在環繞神壇的三座石龍眼裡的陽光，皆反射到了Ikaren上，而Ikaren也發出了神奇的光芒。這道光芒持續地被轉向，最後，它落在一塊石頭上。見到此景，我們都認為我們就快成功了，但沒人能保證接下來會發生什麼事……

　　在光線所指引的石頭後面，藏著一條秘密的通道。戰士在向Aresius

踐別之後，便沿著通道走了下去，最後，它到達了一個塵舊的大廳，在

他面前的，就是尋找已久的象牙門了。他望著象牙門，驚喜地楞了一下

；回神之後，他拿著那智慧之鑰將門打開，一道強光射疼了他的雙眼。

待他適應了之後，天啊，多美麗的地方！山谷翠綠、細水涓涓、湖光耀

金、小道淒涼，而風，正沿著山壁吹向叢林的深處。「在這裡的某處，

就藏著夢幻的翡翠神劍」戰士如此思量著。

　　在通過了林間小徑之後，戰士到達了一個美麗的瀑布，讓他感到相當的

驚喜。最後，他到了一片沙漠，那裡迴盪著令人毛骨悚然的聲音，那正是先

於他踏上這條旅程的人們，迴盪不去的死亡慘叫。但是，現在他們可以安息

了，這位來自北方的戰士繼承了他們的遺志，沿續了他們的精神，他們真的

可以安息了。

　　戰士來到了一片滿地泥沼、寒風嚇嚇的地方。突然，真實與夢魘疊

合得無法分辨，一群死屍從土窖中復活了出來！於是，一場惡鬥展開了

。在打得密不可分，而戰士愈來愈居劣勢時，一股救助的力量從天而降

。

　　乘著Tharos而飛行，有著一股無以言表的激動。風在身旁吹，谷在底下綠

，自然是多麼值得令人讚嘆啊！但這絕不是戰士最後一次讚嘆自然，一定還有

下一次、下下次、下下下次……乘著命運之翼，距離目標又更近一步了。

　　不久，四周已經不是美景了。烏雲密布、水紅若血、再罩上一層迷霧，迷霧

之中，一座哥德式風格的華美建物，沒錯，那就是Tharos口中的深淵之城！如果

傳說是真的，那兒會有一座由古老的守衛者看管著的一座塔，在塔的頂層，就藏

著那把翡翠神劍。

　　當他們飛近那座高塔，數以萬計的羽翼魔獸由天而降，而情況也隨之變得危

急。

　　拋下Tharos與有翼魔獸孤軍奮戰，戰士一躍而下到了塔的頂端。在打開

了一道地板門之後，走了進去，到了一個異常寬廣的大廳，「我的天啊，它

就在這裡，翡翠神劍就在綠光包圍之中！」但當他進而觸之時，四周揚起了

淒厲的叫聲……駭人耳目的巨大遠古守衛者出現了！

　

　　當塔上正打得激烈，而守衛者幾乎要獲勝時，Tharos忽然衝進大廳，捨

身撞向守衛者，引起了極大的爆作衝擊。趁著此時，戰士拔起了翡翠神劍，

並同時以之刺向守衛者。

　

　　日光衝破了黑暗，把塔照得光輝，而大地也開始搖晃。此際，兩個傷痕

累累的英雄飛出了高塔，乘著永恆不滅的風，直達他們的家鄉。在他們身後

的種種事物，都盡化塵煙、隱入深淵。

　　當他們回到了Enchanted Lands，空中響起了勝利的雷聲，為他們成功的任

務而歡呼。隨即，細雨落下，洗去渾身塵灰。但是，戰士突然發現Tharos正在

哭泣，並且立刻要牠停飛。原來，Tharos已經受到了無可挽救的重創，終究不

免一死。面對如此悲劇，戰士束手無策，只能傷悲。他停不住自己不爭氣的淚

水，因為他不願失去Tharos這摯友，但一切都已無法改變。Tharos安撫著戰士，

告訴他說牠對可以為Algalord獻身感到非常榮幸，況且死亡何嘗不是一種解脫呢

！然後，他隻身飛向了黑暗的地平線，飛向屬於牠的家鄉－－在北方，龍的國度。

致Tharos之告別文





"Oh, cruel destiny... The tears soon covered the warrior's face and Tharos,the beloved dragon, spread his wings for the last time, happy to have foundthe freedom at least in death... Fly... fly high, mighty Tharos... Your name　will always be remembered by the people of the enchanted lands... and your　memory will march with us forever against the hordes of the black lord for　the salvation of the enchanted lands.

Goodbye, brother... goodbye...!!"

The warrior had lost his brother Tharos but this sacrifice could mean a real hope for the salvation of

the enchanted lands...



Yes he would have defeated the cruel Akron also for his poor friend!

Enchanted Lands給拯救。沒錯！他一定可以打敗暴戾的Akron，不只為了拯救Enchanted Lands



，也是為了延續Tharos的遺志。



The emerald sword shone magically in the hero's hands and now the ride to Ancelot had to begin as soon as possible... Arwald couldn’t wait anymore...





　　傳說的翡翠神劍已經到手，現在必須以最快的速度趕到Ancelot，Arwald已經等不及了。





The news of the victorious deed spread through all the enchanted lands and all the people celebrated the



son of ice for many days.





　　關於翡翠神劍已經尋獲的捷報很快地傳遍了整個Enchanted Lands，所有Enchanted Lands的



人民為了此事而一連慶祝了好幾天。





Also the kings, committed on different fronts in the bloody war against the army of Akron, couldn’t



restrain their joy and that tiny flame representing the hope for the beloved lands was destined to be



cherished forever...





　　另外，正在另一戰場上奮力作戰的王師，聽聞到此消息時，也都掩不住欣喜若狂，在他



們的心中，又再度燃起了股信心，他們相信上天會眷顧他們這一方的。
